      Could'nt really point to any particular benefit but at the age of 77 I am reasonably fit and healthy, eat a healthy diet and exercise every day. so not all down to D3 but probably helps.

      Healthy choice

      I work indoors, so a Vitamin D supplement is highly important. It was also recommended by my doctor as a way to alleviate fatigue. These are a higher concentration than most on the market, and I chose this level following a recommendation by Dr Anthony Fauci. Definitely worthwhile.

      Definitely works

      Vitamin D3 definitely works. My blood results have gone up. I do find it strange though that your k2 comes in such small bottles in comparison to the vitamin D.

      I am in less pain now my vitamin D has gone up and my blood results show its the real deal
