In Ayurvedic medicine, women have used fenugreek for centuries as a natural aid for increasing breast milk production. Some clinical studies back up this use, showing improvements in milk volume in breastfeeding women who took fenugreek every day.

Hormonal Balance for Women and Men
Fenugreek is sometimes used to help balance hormones both for women and men. It’s thought to help during menopause, for women with period problems and with men’s sexual issues. The seeds contain phytoestrogens - which can mimic human oestrogen - and steroidal saponins, which may support testosterone levels. 

Digestive Health
Fenugreek has a long history of use in Ayurvedic tradition for calming indigestion and tummy upset. Its soluble fibre content may help regulate bowel movements and soothe mild gut irritation.

Blood Sugar Regulation
Several studies indicate that fenugreek may help support normal blood glucose control by slowing carbohydrate absorption and improving insulin sensitivity. 

Metabolic & Energy Support
By helping to stabilise blood sugar and lipid metabolism, fenugreek may support sustained energy levels and healthy cholesterol balance. Current evidence is promising but not yet conclusive.
