    Genuinely has improved my windy symptoms of my gut!

    I’ve been taking these every morning and now I’m going to take them before lunch as well because they have genuinely improved the amount and intensity of the wind my gut produces! I didn’t seem to be helping me to recover from a stomach bug I had in the start of the year, which nothing else really worked for, convenient for pouring into a drink or taking as a capsule (I do drink in morning for speed of absorption)

    I like the idea of this products but nowhere on the packaging or the website does it mention the side effect these can have on birth control. Do not take these if you are on any birth control as it can reverse the effects. I wish it had said on the website as I've wasted a purchase here.
