I stopped taking these as I wasn’t convinced I needed them, however when my hair started to thin at the temples (eek!), I went back on them just to see. Within a couple weeks, my hair has started to grow back! Not sure what I was missing but I won’t be skipping a day of taking this. I don’t know if the iron level is high enough for me, so will be keeping an eye on this. Thanks Vitabright!
