Delivery Information
If your order is over £30, or if you are taking up a subscription, you will receive Free Standard Shipping within the United Kingdom, including Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey.
For orders under £30 in the UK, standard shipping is £2.95
If you are ordering from outside of the UK, shipping is £13.00.
We use Royal Mail for both our Standard Shipping and Tracked 24 expedited service.
For the Tracked 24 service, orders made before 16:00 Monday - Friday will take 1 - 2 days to arrive.
Please be aware, delivery dates are only estimates, but we'll do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can't be held liable for any delay in delivery or performance.
All delivery estimates are not inclusive of the day of dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
This section refers to products only and excludes all services.

If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, you may return it within 35 days of purchase for a refund.
If you simply change your mind and would like to return a product, you may return it within 35 days of purchase for a full refund but it must be unopened and in new condition.
We require proof of purchase to honour a refund. If you provide us your information when you check out, we will typically have a record of your purchase. Otherwise we require a physical receipt as confirmation.
Please include your proof of purchase, and an explanation stating the reason/s for your dissatisfaction, in the package of products you wish to return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
All returns must be in its original packaging. If the product is not in its original packaging we reserve the right to offer a partial refund only.
We will not be liable to refund you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 35 days of the product being delivered. If 35 days have gone by since your product was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
