I have had Long Covid for over 2 years and one of the results is very low Vitamin D levels and poor sleep.
I have been supplementing with Vitabright D3 for well over a year and have managed to get my levels up to a normal range! It is easy to swallow and contains only Vitamin D at 4000iu. The added benefit is my improved sleep, I take it with Vitabright's Magnesium glycinate and Vitamin K2 for overall better sleep and bone health too during menopause!
