Suffered with anxiety, nerves for years but it got particularly bad with perimenopause. Doctors wanted to put me on Antidepressants, after 3 weeks of Vit B complex I feel calmer, happier and the brain fog is getting better. (I also take 4000iu Vit D per day too)
