        Good stuff!

        I felt a difference very quickly, using this collagen has helped my knees, after a week or 2, I'm not feeling as sore when standing from a sedentary position! Now I'm starting to see a difference in my skin too. These capsules are large but personally, I find them easy to swallow as there is absolutely no taste, they are also very easy on the stomach(which I have problems with) I'm very happy with them.

        Lacking collagen?

        Realised that by 60 you have lost up to 60% of your collagen! If you didn’t need it you probably wouldn’t be born with it! So decided to give it a boost! Have noticed reduction in lines on skin and reduced aches in my joints.

        Great product!

        I've been taking these probiotics since Sept last year. I started on one tablet for a couple of months and then moved onto two each day. I have to say, it takes some time but I really do feel like these work. I feel and look to myself, much less bloated, esp at specific times of the month during my cycle. Its not a drastic difference but I feel and notice it all the same. The biggest difference for me is my skin. I've always suffered with spots (even in my 40s) but my skin has noticeable cleared and is looking brighter.

        Why has the serving size reduced so we have to take 4 capsules instead of 2? I have my bottle from 2024 And all the vitaminC, E, B2 etc.. Were double the amount when taken only 2 capsules. Now it's half of that for 2 capsules?

        The formula was changed about 18 months ago after feedback from customers wanting a higher collagen content. As it was not possible to fit more collagen inside an already full capsule, the decision was taken to change the serving size to 2-4 capsules. To avoid providing too much of the other ingredients in a 4-capsule serving, these subsequently had to be reduced. Many of our long-term customers still take 2 capsules and have not reported any loss in benefit.

        I see that the quantity of Vit C has been reduced from 60mg to 20mg (for 2 capsules) is this really enough to allow the collagen to be absorbed by the body?

        While Vitamin C is essential for collagen production, it does not directly influence collagen absorption. The body needs Vitamin C to help synthesise collagen, but the absorption of collagen peptides into the bloodstream is a separate process. There's no specific ratio of collagen to Vitamin C needed for absorption.

        Our 45 billion CFU count is similar to the majority of probiotics supplements offered online, although a few products contain more and many contain less CFU than our product. We chose our selection of probiotics to provide a broad range of well-researched strains because the choice of strains tends to have more effect than simply the absolute amount in total. We have also selected the most robust culture strains that are proven able to survive stomach acid and reach the gut alive.
        So far, no clinical research has been able to establish an ideal dose - or a minimum effective dose - of probiotics. This is partly because any individual probiotic can be taken for a wide variety of benefits, and the ideal dose may be different for each set of outcomes. Each individual has a different microbiome in their gut already, so the impact of adding probiotics will vary from one person to another. The dosage of probiotics is just one of many variables, which also include what you eat or drink with your supplement, the temperature of your food, your genetic make-up, any medical conditions you may have, medications you take and many more variables.
        Ultimately, whether this dosage is satisfactory for you personally will depend on the health benefits you are hoping to achieve. It will also depend on many other factors relating to your lifestyle and current state of health.

        You can take 2 to 4 capsules daily. If you are new to taking it you may want to start with 2 and see how you get on with the first bottle, and then if you feel it necessary you can increase your intake. There is no RDA/NRV for collagen.

        The specific strains of probiotic bacteria in our Bio Cultures were chosen for their power to build and maintain flora diversity within the gut. They are robust strains that can survive at room temperature to give you a high-strength capsule filled with viable colony forming units (live bacteria) that are not at risk of dying if they get exposed to temperature changes. They are a broad-spectrum of strains for general health, all known to help restore healthy gut flora which can be harmed by antibiotics, infection, stress, travel or poor nutrition. The majority of your immune system is in your gut and digestive system, so boosting this is vital to prevent bloating, constipation, reduce parasites and provide immune support. If you are looking for probiotics that will target a more specific purpose, we do have alternative probiotic supplements. For example our cranberry probiotic contains strains known to restore a healthy balance of vaginal bacteria for women. Our Apple Cider Vinegar capsules contain a choice of probiotics selected for their powers to improve digestion and settle tummy upsets.
