    Good stuff!

    I felt a difference very quickly, using this collagen has helped my knees, after a week or 2, I'm not feeling as sore when standing from a sedentary position! Now I'm starting to see a difference in my skin too. These capsules are large but personally, I find them easy to swallow as there is absolutely no taste, they are also very easy on the stomach(which I have problems with) I'm very happy with them.

    Lacking collagen?

    Realised that by 60 you have lost up to 60% of your collagen! If you didn’t need it you probably wouldn’t be born with it! So decided to give it a boost! Have noticed reduction in lines on skin and reduced aches in my joints.

    Why has the serving size reduced so we have to take 4 capsules instead of 2? I have my bottle from 2024 And all the vitaminC, E, B2 etc.. Were double the amount when taken only 2 capsules. Now it's half of that for 2 capsules?

    The formula was changed about 18 months ago after feedback from customers wanting a higher collagen content. As it was not possible to fit more collagen inside an already full capsule, the decision was taken to change the serving size to 2-4 capsules. To avoid providing too much of the other ingredients in a 4-capsule serving, these subsequently had to be reduced. Many of our long-term customers still take 2 capsules and have not reported any loss in benefit.

    I see that the quantity of Vit C has been reduced from 60mg to 20mg (for 2 capsules) is this really enough to allow the collagen to be absorbed by the body?

    While Vitamin C is essential for collagen production, it does not directly influence collagen absorption. The body needs Vitamin C to help synthesise collagen, but the absorption of collagen peptides into the bloodstream is a separate process. There's no specific ratio of collagen to Vitamin C needed for absorption.

    You can take 2 to 4 capsules daily. If you are new to taking it you may want to start with 2 and see how you get on with the first bottle, and then if you feel it necessary you can increase your intake. There is no RDA/NRV for collagen.

    Coconut oil contains 9 calories per 1,000mg, so the 10mg of coconut oil in one of our biotin tablets contains less than one tenth of a calorie.

    Our biotin is chemically fermented in a lab, like almost all biotin supplements on the market. Biotin that is "naturally" grown requires genetically modified bacteria or yeast, and as a company we never use GMO ingredients.

    The NRV of any nutrient is not a dosage like a medicine, it's just the bare minimum you need every day to avoid illness.
