I honestly have not had a yen for chocolate since I started this, but sadly have not lost any weight or any of that horrid ‘belly fat’ yet, which was one of the reasons I decided to take it. Had no side effects on the 1 a day for the first week or two so I may increase to 2 daily.

Was told by a friend about these tablets. Ive been taking them for 3 weeks now. 1st week noticed no difference 3rd week can feel something has changed within me. Feel less tired going too loo lot easier. I have lost weight also. My yearly bloods been done in july it will be very interesting to compare last years results with this years after taking berberine and see if there are big difference. Watch this space?

I started taking this supplement a month ago to help me to lose weight by keeping my blood sugar low. My cravings have stopped but i only take 1 per day - in the morning, i tried more than 1 (it says upto 3 times per day before each meal) but it made me feel funny.
