Mental Balance

Magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6 work together to support a balanced nervous system and healthy psychological function, helping you feel calm, focused and ready to take on the day.

Our 6-in-1 magnesium complex combines 6 types of magnesium - with different uptake pathways to increase absorption - with zinc, vitamin D, and vitamin B6 to support multiple essential functions. Magnesium itself contributes to muscle relaxation, nerve function, energy production and electrolyte balance. Zinc supports immune health and normal testosterone levels, while vitamin D maintains calcium absorption for bone strength. Vitamin B6 helps magnesium work efficiently in the body and supports energy metabolism and nervous system function. Together, they help reduce tiredness, maintain normal muscle function, and support healthy bones, mood, and immunity.

People with kidney disease, severe heart block, or myasthenia gravis should avoid magnesium supplements unless advised by a doctor. If you are taking antibiotics, bisphosphonates, or certain diuretics you should speak to your doctor or a qualified pharmacist first, as magnesium reduces the absorption of these medications. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also check with their GP before starting magnesium supplements.

Magnesium glycinate is typically chosen to support better sleep, thanks to its excellent absorption and gentle digestion which make it ideal for people wanting support for anxiety or muscle relaxation. A magnesium complex, by contrast, provides maximum absorption thanks to the various forms of magnesium that can be absorbed via different uptake pathways. It also offers broader nutritional support, with partner nutrients that work with magnesium in the body. VitaBright’s 6-in-1 magnesium complex, for example, combines magnesium with zinc, vitamin D, and B6 which can power up its benefits for immunity, bone health and energy production. The best option depends on your goals: glycinate for calm and sleep, or complex for all-round daily support.

You can take a magnesium complex at any time of day, but many people prefer taking it in the evening because magnesium has a naturally calming effect on the nervous system and muscles. If your main goal is to support energy or immunity, morning or lunchtime may be more suitable. Always take it with food for best absorption.

Yes, it can be helpful for several types of headache. Magnesium plays a role in blood vessel tone and nerve function, and low magnesium levels have been linked to headaches and migraines in some people. Supplements may help reduce the frequency of migraines, particularly in people with known magnesium deficiency or those whose migraines are triggered by hormonal changes or stress.

Magnesium supports normal blood glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Low magnesium levels are common in people with type 2 diabetes due to increased urinary losses, and correcting this may help improve glucose control. However, people with diabetes should always check with their GP before starting supplements, especially if taking medication that affects kidney function or electrolyte balance.

For most people, yes. A daily magnesium supplement is safe at recommended dosages, typically up to 400 mg of elemental magnesium per day from supplements. Regular intake helps maintain steady magnesium levels, which support normal nerve, muscle, and energy function. Exceeding this can cause diarrhoea or stomach upset, so it’s important not to overdo it.

Yes, if you want comprehensive nutritional support rather than magnesium alone. The addition of vitamin D, zinc, and vitamin B6 means the complex supports bones, immune health, hormones, and energy production as well as muscle and nerve function. It’s especially useful during times of stress, fatigue, or increased physical demand.

It can. Magnesium contributes to normal nervous system function and helps muscles relax, which supports a calmer state before bedtime. Vitamin B6 also supports the production of serotonin and melatonin, hormones involved in sleep regulation. While not a sedative, magnesium complex may improve sleep quality if low magnesium levels are contributing to restlessness or difficulty switching off.

Magnesium can reduce absorption of certain medications, including tetracycline and quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates (for bone health), and thyroid hormone replacements. It’s best to take these medicines at least two hours before or four hours after magnesium. Avoid combining magnesium with very high doses of calcium or iron supplements at the same time, as they can compete for absorption.

The muscles, heart, and nervous system depend most heavily on magnesium. The heart in particular relies on magnesium for normal rhythm and electrical stability, while muscles need it for contraction and relaxation. The brain also requires magnesium for neurotransmitter regulation and healthy nerve signalling.

At normal doses, magnesium is well tolerated. Taking too much can cause diarrhoea, nausea, or abdominal cramps. Extremely high intakes — usually only from excessive supplementation or in people with kidney problems — can lead to dangerously high blood magnesium levels (hypermagnesaemia), which can cause weakness, low blood pressure, or heart rhythm disturbances.

Yes, provided you check with your doctor or midwife first. Magnesium is essential during pregnancy for muscle relaxation, nerve function, and bone development. It may help reduce leg cramps and support blood pressure regulation. The magnesium complex also provides vitamin D and B6, both beneficial for maternal and foetal health.

    Good so far!

I ordered these a few weeks ago after reading that Bisglycinate is good for migraines (I suffer from terrible migraines). I did some research and discovered Vitabright. I've taken magnesium supplements in the past, but they haven't always helped, and haven't had all the required types of magnesium. I'm hoping these will lessen the severity of my migraines. If so, I'll be ordering again!

18. Further Reading

1. What Is a Magnesium Complex?

A magnesium complex is a supplement that combines multiple forms of magnesium within one formula. Each form consists of elemental magnesium bound to a different compound, such as an amino acid or organic acid. These binding partners influence how the magnesium behaves in digestion, how it is absorbed, and how well it is tolerated.

A magnesium complex 6 in 1 provides magnesium in six distinct forms rather than relying on a single salt. This matters because magnesium does not operate in one isolated system. It is involved in muscle contraction, nerve signalling, energy production, electrolyte balance and bone structure. Different forms of magnesium are often used to support these overlapping physiological roles.

Vitabright magnesium complex 6 in 1 delivers 485 mg of elemental magnesium from a 2500 mg blend of six forms, alongside vitamin B6, zinc and vitamin D3. The design reflects how magnesium functions across multiple biological systems rather than within a single pathway.

2. Why Magnesium Matters in the Human Body

Magnesium is required for more than 300 enzymatic reactions. It is not a niche mineral; it is foundational.

It plays a direct role in:

  • Muscle contraction and relaxation
  • Transmission of nerve impulses
  • Production and stabilisation of ATP (cellular energy)
  • Regulation of calcium and potassium movement across cell membranes
  • Structural support for bones
  • Normal psychological function

If magnesium intake is inadequate, systems that rely on precise electrical and muscular signalling are affected first. Muscles may feel tighter. Recovery may feel slower. Stress tolerance may feel lower. Sleep quality may decline. These are not dramatic failures; they are subtle inefficiencies in systems that depend on mineral balance.

Modern diets often fall short of optimal magnesium intake. Food processing reduces magnesium content. Soil depletion affects plant mineral density. High stress, heavy exercise, alcohol intake and certain medications can increase magnesium requirements.

A well-formulated magnesium complex supports these core biological systems in a way that reflects real-life demands.

3. How Magnesium Works at the Cellular Level

At the cellular level, magnesium acts as a cofactor. It stabilises ATP, the molecule that stores and transfers energy inside cells. Without magnesium, ATP cannot function effectively. In practical terms, magnesium is required for energy to be released and used.

Magnesium also regulates calcium channels. Calcium triggers muscle contraction; magnesium helps muscles relax. This balance between contraction and relaxation underpins everything from voluntary movement to heart rhythm.

In nerve tissue, magnesium influences neurotransmitter release and electrical signalling. It modulates how excitable nerve cells are. This is one reason magnesium status is linked to stress response, sleep patterns and neuromuscular tension.

Magnesium also supports protein synthesis and DNA replication. Cells cannot divide or repair efficiently without adequate magnesium availability.

Because these processes occur continuously, magnesium requirements are ongoing rather than occasional. A magnesium complex works by ensuring that this mineral remains consistently available for cellular systems that rely on it.

4. Why Use Six Forms of Magnesium?

Different magnesium salts behave differently in the body. The form determines solubility, digestive tolerance, absorption characteristics and the additional biological effects of the binding molecule.

A magnesium complex 6 in 1 broadens the delivery profile by combining:

  • Amino acid chelates
  • Organic acid salts
  • Metabolically active ligands

This blended approach reduces reliance on a single absorption mechanism. It also improves tolerability compared with very high doses of one fast-acting form. Some forms are associated with gentle absorption and good tolerance. Others are more soluble and readily absorbed. Some are linked to energy pathways. Others are used for neuromuscular support. Using six complementary forms reflects how magnesium is used across multiple physiological systems rather than targeting one isolated outcome.

A well-designed magnesium complex 6 in 1 already covers the meaningful biological territory. Magnesium is absorbed in the gut through a limited number of mechanisms: primarily passive diffusion and two main active transport pathways (including TRPM6 and TRPM7 channels). Adding ten or twelve different magnesium salts does not create new absorption routes, because the body does not have additional, unique gateways waiting to be used. What matters is delivering adequate elemental magnesium in forms that are soluble, well tolerated and metabolically relevant.

When formulas list very high numbers of magnesium “types”, the total elemental magnesium has to be divided across more compounds, which often means each individual form is present in trivial amounts. At that point, the extra ingredients function more as marketing variety than meaningful contributors. Six complementary, properly dosed forms are sufficient to cover absorption, tolerability and physiological relevance without diluting the formula into ineffective token quantities.

VitaBright Magnesium Complex 6-in-1 contains meaningful amounts of each of its six magnesium compounds, at high enough servings to deliver their extra benefits, which we explain below in sections 5 to 9.

5. Magnesium Bisglycinate – Chelated and Well Tolerated

Magnesium bisglycinate is a chelated form in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. Chelation can improve stability during digestion and may enhance absorption by allowing the compound to utilise amino acid transport pathways.

Glycine itself is involved in nervous system signalling and is often associated with relaxation pathways, a calmer mood and easier, more refreshing sleep. While magnesium remains the active mineral, pairing it with glycine is physiologically relevant for neuromuscular systems.

Magnesium bisglycinate is widely regarded as one of the better tolerated forms of magnesium for the gut, particularly at higher doses. It is often chosen in formulas intended for regular daily use because it balances bioavailability with easy digestion.

In Vitabright magnesium complex 6 in 1, bisglycinate forms part of a broader strategy to provide magnesium in a form that integrates smoothly into daily supplementation without causing unnecessary digestive disruption.

6. Magnesium Citrate – Soluble and Efficiently Absorbed

Magnesium citrate is one of the most widely used and researched forms of magnesium. It combines magnesium with citric acid, a compound involved in cellular energy metabolism.

Because magnesium citrate dissolves easily in water, it is generally well absorbed. This makes it useful in formulas designed to raise magnesium intake reliably. It has been used in clinical settings for decades and remains one of the most common supplemental forms.

At higher doses, citrate can draw water into the bowel. That is why very large amounts are sometimes used in digestive products to help ease sluggish digestion or mild constipation. In a balanced magnesium complex 6 in 1, the amount of citrate is moderated and combined with gentler forms, which improves overall tolerance.

Is magnesium citrate harsh? It can be when used alone at high doses. In a blended formula such as Vitabright magnesium complex 6 in 1, it contributes to absorption without dominating the digestive response.

7. Magnesium Taurate – Supporting Nerve and Cardiovascular Function

Magnesium taurate binds magnesium to taurine, an amino acid involved in neuromuscular and cardiovascular regulation.

Taurine plays roles in calcium balance inside cells and in electrical signalling within heart tissue. Magnesium also regulates calcium movement. Pairing the two is physiologically coherent because both influence muscle contraction, relaxation and nerve transmission.

This form is often chosen in formulas designed for people interested in:

  • Nervous system regulation
  • Stress response
  • Cardiac electrical stability

Is magnesium taurate better for the heart? Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, including the heart muscle. Taurine is involved in cardiovascular physiology. This combination reflects those shared pathways, although supplementation does not replace medical care for heart conditions.

In a magnesium complex, taurate broadens the scope beyond basic mineral replacement.

8. Magnesium Malate – Linked to Cellular Energy Production

Magnesium malate combines magnesium with malic acid, a compound directly involved in the Krebs cycle, the pathway that produces ATP inside cells.

Magnesium is required to stabilise ATP. Malate participates in producing it. This pairing is metabolically relevant for energy-intensive tissues such as skeletal muscle.

People often associate magnesium malate with physical fatigue because of its role in energy metabolism. The effect is not stimulatory. Instead, it relates to supporting normal ATP production when magnesium intake is adequate.

Including malate in Vitabright magnesium complex 6 in 1 supports magnesium’s central role in energy-yielding metabolism without relying on one single form.

9. Magnesium Lactate and Magnesium L-Ascorbate – Gentle, Complementary Forms

Magnesium lactate is formed from magnesium and lactic acid, a compound naturally produced during metabolism. It is frequently used in food fortification due to its stability and relatively gentle digestive profile.

Magnesium L-ascorbate binds magnesium to ascorbate, a form of vitamin C. While this form does not provide high-dose vitamin C, it contributes an additional organic ligand that participates in antioxidant systems and connective tissue chemistry.

Why include multiple smaller forms?

Using several organic salts spreads magnesium delivery across different absorption mechanisms and reduces the likelihood of relying too heavily on one pathway. This improves overall tolerability and allows a higher elemental magnesium dose to be delivered more comfortably.

For people sensitive to magnesium supplements, this blended approach can be preferable to single high-dose salts.

10. Elemental Magnesium – Understanding the 485 mg Dose

The label lists:

  • 2500 mg magnesium blend
  • Providing 485 mg elemental magnesium

The 2500 mg refers to the total weight of the magnesium compounds. Only part of that weight is actual magnesium. The remainder consists of the amino acids or organic acids bound to it.

The 485 mg figure represents the amount of usable magnesium delivered per serving. That is the nutritionally relevant number. It provides 129% of the Nutrient Reference Value.

Is 485 mg too much magnesium? For most healthy adults, this is a substantial yet reasonable dose. Some individuals may experience digestive looseness at higher supplemental intakes, particularly above 400 mg per day. Splitting the dose or taking capsules with food can improve tolerance.

Why not use magnesium oxide instead? Magnesium oxide contains a high percentage of elemental magnesium by weight but is generally less well absorbed. Many lower-cost supplements use oxide because it allows impressive numbers on the label. A multi-form magnesium complex typically prioritises bioavailability and tolerability over headline weight.

Can the dose be divided? Yes. Taking capsules across two meals is entirely acceptable and may enhance comfort for sensitive individuals.

Understanding elemental magnesium allows you to compare supplements accurately. The key considerations are usable magnesium content, absorption characteristics and digestive tolerance — not just the total milligram figure on the front of the bottle.

11. Vitamin B6 – Why It’s Included at 25 mg

Vitamin B6 is included at 25 mg per serving, providing 1786% of the Nutrient Reference Value. That figure looks high at first glance, but it reflects B6’s wide involvement in amino acid metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis.

Vitamin B6 is required for the production of key neurotransmitters, including serotonin, dopamine and GABA. These chemical messengers regulate mood, stress response, cognitive function and sleep architecture. Magnesium also plays a role in nervous system signalling, which makes the pairing biologically coherent.

B6 contributes to:

  • Normal psychological function
  • Normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • Reduction of tiredness and fatigue
  • Normal function of the nervous system
  • Regulation of hormonal activity

Magnesium and vitamin B6 frequently appear together in research exploring neuromuscular and psychological regulation. B6 supports the enzymatic pathways that convert nutrients into neurotransmitters, while magnesium stabilises ATP and modulates nerve excitability.

The 25 mg dose is below established upper safe intake levels for adults in the UK and is commonly used in magnesium-B6 combinations. It is included to support nervous system and metabolic pathways where magnesium is already active.

In practical terms, neuromuscular and psychological regulation shape how you feel and function from morning to night. Muscle fibres contract and relax thousands of times a day, whether you are walking, typing, driving or exercising. If the systems controlling contraction and relaxation are under strain, you may notice tightness, twitching or a sense that your muscles never fully switch off. Magnesium plays a central role in that relaxation phase, while vitamin B6 supports the production of neurotransmitters that influence how nerves communicate with muscles. Supporting both nutrients together helps maintain smoother signalling between brain and body.

The psychological side matters just as much. Neurotransmitters such as serotonin and GABA influence mood stability, stress tolerance and sleep quality. Vitamin B6 is required to synthesise these compounds, and magnesium helps regulate how strongly nerve cells respond to stimulation. In daily life, this affects how resilient you feel under pressure, how easily you unwind in the evening and how steady your energy and concentration remain throughout the day. These are the background systems that shape how calm, focused and physically at ease you feel in real situations.

12. Zinc at 100% NRV – Why It’s Included in This Magnesium Complex

Zinc is included at 10 mg per serving, which provides 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). This is a meaningful, balanced dose designed to complement magnesium rather than compete with it.

Zinc plays a role in more than 300 enzyme systems in the body. It contributes to protein synthesis, DNA replication, cell division and immune function. These processes are directly relevant to muscle tissue, connective tissue, recovery and overall metabolic activity.

From a structural perspective, zinc supports:

  • Normal protein synthesis
  • Maintenance of normal bones
  • Maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails
  • Normal immune system function
  • Normal cognitive function

Zinc and magnesium frequently work in overlapping biological pathways. Both are involved in enzyme activation, neuromuscular signalling and metabolic regulation. Zinc supports cellular repair, immune regulation and structural protein synthesis, all processes which rely on adequate magnesium availability for energy and enzymatic activation.

In everyday life, enzyme activation and metabolic regulation translate into how efficiently your body converts food into usable energy and how well tissues maintain themselves. When you exercise, recover from minor strains, or simply go about a physically active day, your cells constantly repair structural proteins and regulate inflammatory signals. Zinc supports the enzymes that build and maintain these proteins, while magnesium enables the energy transfer that powers those reactions. If either mineral is inadequate, the system becomes less efficient. You may notice slower recovery, reduced resilience to physical stress, or persistent low-grade fatigue rather than dramatic deficiency symptoms.

The immune dimension is just as practical. Immune cells divide rapidly and synthesise large amounts of protein when responding to routine environmental exposures. Zinc contributes directly to normal immune cell function, and magnesium supports the metabolic energy those cells require to operate.

Providing zinc at 100% NRV meets daily requirements without pushing zinc intake into higher long-term ranges that can reduce copper absorption in the gut and gradually lower copper status. This approach supports steady, sustainable mineral adequacy rather than short-term overcorrection.

13. Vitamin D3 – Why Magnesium and Vitamin D Belong Together

The VitaBright magnesium complex formula provides 25 mcg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3, sourced from algae so it is suitable for vegans.

Magnesium is required for the enzymatic activation of vitamin D in the body. Without sufficient magnesium, vitamin D cannot be converted into its active hormonal form efficiently. This is why pairing magnesium and vitamin D is physiologically logical.

Vitamin D contributes to:

  • Maintenance of normal bones
  • Normal muscle function
  • Normal immune system function
  • Normal absorption and utilisation of calcium

Calcium and magnesium work as a coordinated pair every time you move. Calcium triggers muscle contraction. Magnesium allows the muscle fibre to relax again. When this balance functions smoothly, you walk, lift, stretch and sleep without noticing the mechanics behind it. When the balance is strained, muscles may feel tight, prone to cramping or slow to release after activity. Supporting both magnesium and vitamin D helps maintain the regulatory environment that keeps contraction and relaxation cycles efficient and controlled.

The same mineral coordination affects bone health. Calcium provides structural density, but vitamin D regulates its absorption and magnesium is required to activate vitamin D and help the bone matrix form. In daily life, that translates into maintaining skeletal strength as you age, tolerating impact from walking or exercise, and supporting posture and stability. These processes influence how steady you feel on your feet, how well you recover from physical strain, and how resilient your musculoskeletal system remains throughout life.

14. How the Nutrients Work Together

Magnesium does not function in isolation. It interacts with B vitamins, zinc and vitamin D in overlapping biochemical pathways.

Magnesium stabilises ATP and supports enzyme activation. Vitamin B6 supports amino acid conversion and neurotransmitter synthesis. Zinc supports protein synthesis and immune regulation. Vitamin D regulates calcium metabolism and bone structure.

Together, these nutrients influence:

  • Muscle contraction and relaxation
  • Nervous system signalling
  • Energy metabolism
  • Bone mineralisation
  • Stress response

A magnesium complex 6 in 1 that includes these cofactors reflects how mineral systems operate in real physiology. It supports coordinated function rather than focusing narrowly on one pathway.

15. Who This Magnesium Complex May Suit

Vitabright magnesium complex 6 in 1 may suit adults who:

  • Experience muscle tightness or cramping
  • Train regularly or have physically demanding lifestyles
  • Feel persistently fatigued despite adequate sleep
  • Live with ongoing psychological stress
  • Consume low-magnesium diets
  • Supplement vitamin D and want to ensure proper activation
  • Prefer a multi-form magnesium approach rather than single-salt products

It is designed for steady, long-term nutritional support. It is not a stimulant and does not act immediately. It works by maintaining adequate mineral availability for systems that operate continuously.

16. Customers Often Ask

What makes a magnesium complex 6 in 1 better than single-form magnesium?

A magnesium complex 6 in 1 provides magnesium in multiple bioavailable forms rather than relying on one salt. Different forms use different absorption pathways and have different digestive characteristics. A blended approach improves tolerance, broadens physiological relevance and reduces reliance on one high-dose compound. This can be especially helpful at higher elemental magnesium levels.

How much elemental magnesium does Vitabright Magnesium Complex 6 in 1 provide?

Each daily serving provides 485 mg of elemental magnesium, which equals 129% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). The 2500 mg magnesium blend listed on the label refers to the total compound weight, not the usable magnesium. The 485 mg figure is the nutritionally relevant amount.

Is 485 mg of magnesium too much?

For most healthy adults, 485 mg per day is a substantial but appropriate supplemental intake. Some people may experience digestive looseness at intakes above 400 mg from supplements. Taking the capsules with food or splitting the dose can improve comfort. People with kidney conditions should consult a healthcare professional before supplementing.

What are the benefits of a magnesium complex?

Magnesium contributes to:

  • Normal muscle function
  • Normal nervous system function
  • Normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • Reduction of tiredness and fatigue
  • Electrolyte balance
  • Maintenance of normal bones and teeth
  • Normal psychological function

A magnesium complex supports these systems simultaneously, reflecting how magnesium functions throughout the body.

Why does this formula include zinc at 100% NRV?

Zinc is included at 10 mg (100% NRV) to complement magnesium’s role in enzyme systems, immune function and protein synthesis. Magnesium and zinc often work within the same biological pathways. Including zinc ensures daily nutritional adequacy without exceeding safe long-term intake levels.

Why is vitamin D3 included in a magnesium supplement?

Magnesium is required for the activation of vitamin D in the body. Vitamin D supports calcium regulation and bone health. Including 25 mcg (1000 IU) of algae-derived vitamin D3 ensures that magnesium and vitamin D are available together in a physiologically coherent way.

Does this magnesium complex cause diarrhoea?

High doses of certain magnesium salts can cause loose stools. This formula uses six complementary forms designed to improve tolerance. If you are sensitive, taking capsules with meals or dividing the dose across the day can help.

Is magnesium oxide used in this product?

No. Vitabright Magnesium Complex 6 in 1 does not use magnesium oxide. Oxide contains a high percentage of elemental magnesium by weight but is generally less well absorbed. This formula uses chelated and organic forms to prioritise bioavailability and tolerability.

When is the best time to take magnesium complex?

Magnesium can be taken at any time of day. Many people prefer evening use due to magnesium’s role in muscle relaxation and nervous system regulation. The most important factor is consistent daily intake.

Who is this magnesium complex suitable for?

This supplement may suit adults who:

  • Experience muscle tension
  • Have demanding training or physically active lifestyles
  • Feel fatigued despite adequate sleep
  • Want to support nervous system regulation
  • Consume low-magnesium diets

It is designed for long-term nutritional support rather than short-term stimulation.

How long does magnesium take to work?

If magnesium intake has been low, some people notice changes in muscle tension or sleep quality within days to weeks. Other benefits, such as support for bone metabolism, depend on long-term nutritional adequacy. Consistency matters more than rapid escalation of dose.

17. Why Choose Vitabright Magnesium Complex 6 in 1?

Vitabright Magnesium Complex 6 in 1 is built around formulation logic rather than marketing trends. The blend combines six complementary forms of magnesium to broaden absorption pathways and improve digestive tolerance while delivering a meaningful 485 mg of elemental magnesium per serving.

Each additional nutrient is included for a defined biological reason. Vitamin B6 supports neurotransmitter synthesis and energy metabolism. Zinc is provided at 100% NRV to support enzyme systems and immune function without exceeding sensible long-term levels. Vitamin D3 is included in its algae-derived form to ensure proper magnesium–vitamin D synergy and maintain suitability for vegan diets.

The formula contains no unnecessary additives. The capsule shell is vegetable-based, and every ingredient serves a clear structural or metabolic purpose. This is a clean, transparent magnesium complex designed for adults who want to understand what they are taking.

Manufacturing standards matter as much as formulation. Vitabright supplements are produced in UK facilities operating to GMP standards and holding BRC Grade AA accreditation. These environments follow strict hygiene controls, documented batch processes and full traceability. Raw materials are verified before use, and finished products are double sealed for integrity.

Vitabright Magnesium Complex 6 in 1 is not positioned as a quick fix. It is designed for consistent, long-term use as part of a realistic nutritional strategy. If you are looking for a magnesium complex that prioritises bioavailable forms, balanced cofactors and responsible dosing, this formulation reflects that approach.
