75 Day Course
This pack provides a 75 day supply of detox nutrition, or 37 days of fast detox support. Activated charcoal passes through your system adsorbing toxins, gasses and impurities, whilst our cranberry complex delivers potent anti-oxidants and research-backed bacterial strains to clean-out your system and provide protection against invaders on a microbial level.
Detoxing typically takes between 3 to 10 days, however more severe toxin build-ups can take anything up to several weeks to clear. Listen to your body: feeling better in mind & body is the best signal that your course has been effective.
Directions
Standard Detox
Take 2 x Cranberry capsules per day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon or evening, with a glass of water.
Take 3 x Activated Charcoal per day, all at once with plenty of water, at least 1-2hrs before or after taking any other supplements.
Fast Detox
Take 4 x Cranberry capsules per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon or evening, with a glass of water.
Take 6 x Activated Charcoal capsules per day, 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon or evening, with plenty of water.
IMPORTANT: Do not take charcoal at the same time as any other supplements or medication as it may reduce their effectiveness by adsorbing certain ingredients.
