Our Apple Cider Vinegar capsules come from raw and unfiltered ACV. As with all capsules containing dried vinegar, the amount of ‘the Mother’ can't be guaranteed and is likely to be minimal, no matter what other manufacturers may claim. This is why we have enriched our capsules with both pre and probiotics to make sure they give you optimal aounts of live cultures and supporting nutrients.

We recommend that you take 2 capsules, preferably with a meal. Many people like to take them before breakfast.

We recommend taking them about 20 to 30 minutes before eating. This is how long it takes for the vegetable capsule to break down in the stomach so that the contents of the capsule can be digested with your food.

Apple cider vinegar comes in different strengths, but the concentrate in our capsules is equal to about two tablespoons of average strength vinegar.

Our ACV complex contains 0.5 billion CFU's of Lactobacillus Acidophilus and 10 billion CFU's of Bifidobacterium Bifidum

Hemp Seed Oil is a good source of EPA and DHA. According to the European Food Safety Authority, you can safely take 5000mg daily, which means it's perfectly safe to take both our Omega 3 and Hemp Seed Oil together.
