After a blood test with Thriva, it was suggested to my by the GP to try magnesium supplements to help me sleep. I’ve tried other supplements before and not noticed a difference. Easy to swallow capsules which is always a bonus. I noticed results almost immediately- the first night I took them, I had more deep sleep and felt naturally tired when I went to bed.
