Activated charcoal is a natural carbon-based material with a negative electron charge and complex, highly micro-porous structure. As it travels through your body, the charcoal's negative charge means it attracts positively-charged gases and toxins then traps them within until they are expelled from your system without being absorbed. Most forms of pollution, toxic chemicals, carcinogens, allergens, irritants and other harmful chemicals carry a positive electrical charge, including pathogens such as candida (the fungus responsible for most red, itchy skin conditions). Just 1g (1000mg) of activated charcoal has a surface area in excess of 3,000 m² - which is how just a few capsules can be so highly-effective in reducing stomach complaints and cleaning your system of unwanted gases and toxins.

To reduce flatulence take 3 capsules at least half an hour before a meal and a further 3 shortly after eating. Drink plenty of water.
