Fast Detox
Take 4 x Cranberry capsules per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon or evening, with a glass of water.
Take 6 x Activated Charcoal per day, 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon/evening, with plenty of water & at least 1-2hrs before or after taking any other supplements.

These have really helped reduce my recurring UTIs. I used to get an infection every couple of months but since I started taking the cranberry capsules every day (after a recommendation by my doctor) I haven't had a UTI in 5 months. I will definitely keep taking these.
