I believe Turmeric helps with joint pain and to reduce inflammation in the body. The capsules are a great way to get the right dosage. Turmeric may not be palatable for everyone, so this is a solution as you don't taste it. This is mixed with black pepper which enhances its properties and ginger is also beneficial to our immune system.

Started using this product and only from this seller about 4 years ago, I am nearly 60 and was diagnosed with arthritis in both knees in my mind 30's. What a difference very little knee pain now, knees feel so much better, lost the tightness they had, possibly due to lack of inflammation. Great product, husband now takes them. Would recommend but give them time to work, I probably saw a difference after about 3 months. Would highly recommend.
